Why does your app say ID verification is required?

With our app, we've simplified the ID process so you don't need to show your ID each time you board our buses.

After buying a ticket from our 5 to 25 range, you'll be prompted to add a photo and upload a copy of your ID. This may take up to 48 hours for approval, but you'll only need to do it once. Once you're verified, you'll be able to use your ticket without needing to carry ID.

If you've already verified yourself in the app when travelling in previous school years or during the summer holidays, you're already good to go.

My child's Pop card has expired, which bus pass can I get now?

Our range of 5 to 25 tickets, which are listed above, are available to buy on our mobile app or on the bus from your friendly driver, so you don't need the hassle of applying for a bus pass.

Can I buy a ticket and gift it to my child?

Yes, all you need to do is go through the buying process on our app and once you reach the ‘checkout' stage, simply select the ‘it's a gift for someone else' option and enter their e-mail address.
