From Saturday 16 July to Friday 29 July, no trains will run in either direction between St James and Tynemouth. This is to allow the complete removal and replacement of Tanner Bank bridge, as well as vegetation and overhead power line work.
Following on from the consultation we held in May, we can now confirm final plans for our service changes which will come into effect from 24 July.
