Go North East’s much-loved Santa Bus is back for 2024, ready to spread festive cheer and raise vital funds for Children’s Cancer North, a charity dedicated to supporting young cancer patients and their families. Starting from Monday 9 December, the open-top Santa Bus will travel through North and South Tyneside, Northumberland, Gateshead, Sunderland, and County Durham over ten magical evenings.
Go North East is marking Remembrance Sunday on 10 November by offering free travel on all services for veterans and current members of the armed forces. This initiative honours the sacrifices made by service personnel, particularly those veterans now serving their communities as part of the Go North East team.
